We offer free deliveries. However, please be aware that international orders might be subject to additional government duties, taxes and fees. These charges are solely determined by the arrival countries customs authorities. We cannot predict the amount of duties and taxes you will be charged upon delivery.
Orders are shipped by Coursier.fr, Colissimo or DHL for deliveries to Paris, by Colissimo or DHL for deliveries to France and by DHL for deliveries to all other countries. You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your package has been shipped from our Parisian warehouse.
Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours.
Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.
Items purchased on this website can only be delivered to certain countries. The exhaustive list of countries eligible for delivery may be consulted in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Any delivery address located outside the countries mentioned will be refused when placing the order. In that case, please contact our Customer Service at email@example.com.

If you wish to exchange your order or ask for a refund, you have the option of returning any product ordered via www.frant-isaksson.com using your withdrawal right within fourteen (14) calendar days of the delivery date. Products returned must be accompanied by their invoice or a copy of the invoice in the case of a partial return.
In the case of an exchange or request for a refund, the product may be returned free of charge using our prepaid return label sent by email by our Customer Service.
If the items were a gift, you may only exchange them for items of the same value. Please contact our Customer Service, who will send you the prepaid return label by email.
Make sure the item you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and to issue a refund or to process an exchange, and the parcel will be sent back to you.
In order to return an item, log into your account and click “Request return or exchange” in the “Orders and returns” section. Select the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. Our Customer Service will send you by email return shipping instructions and a prepaid return label.
Please note that orders relating to personalized items cannot be returned or refunded.
We strive to issue refunds as quickly as possible. You should receive your refund within fourteen (14) business days after your returned item(s) is/are received at our Parisian warehouse.
Each product is photographed in a unique way, and the colours displayed are true to life. Nevertheless, it is possible that colours may vary slightly from one computer to another.
